The Signature organisation is founded upon nearly 30 years experience of managing the expectation of customers, for whom predictability of service is prerequisite. Staffed by a committed team of professionals, led by Michael Gratton, Signature operates from strategically located centres in England and Scotland, all of which offer close proximity to motorway networks and airports.

Signature operates a wide range of tail lift installation and other specialised vehicles. These, together with a comprehensive inventory of powered and mechanical handling aids, enable our personnel to provide point of use delivery solutions in a wide range of environments.

Operational personnel are uniformed and carry date-controlled identification cards; importantly, prior to progressing into an operational role, they are familiarised with all aspects of customer expectation, including ambassadorial training, with extensive training and regular assessment on all of the powered handling aids.

Signature's in-depth backroom operation includes project scoping, planning and execution, solution design and role out planning, providing a substantive base upon which the company is able to build lasting relationships.
